The Pet-agon

Case Submission Rules

Effective date: 3 November 2026
Last updated: 3 November 2026

These rules apply when you email us a video of your pet for the chance to have it turned into a Pet-agon case file. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@pet-agon.com.

1. Who runs the programme#

The programme is run by:

Piotr Korzeń
ul. Kalwaryjska 69/9
30-504 Kraków
Poland
Email: contact@pet-agon.com

The programme is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability connected with the programme.

2. How to enter#

Email a video of 10 to 30 seconds showing your own pet acting strangely to contact@pet-agon.com. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and buying anything from us does not improve your chance of being selected.

3. Who can enter#

You must be 18 or older. You must have filmed the clip yourself and hold the rights to it.

4. What your clip must not show#

5. Rounds and deadlines#

The programme runs in weekly rounds. Each round runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, Europe/Warsaw time. An entry received after a round closes goes into the next round. The first round starts on 3 November 2026. The programme runs until we announce its end on this page, with at least 14 days' notice.

6. How we select#

We select at most one clip per round. We choose it ourselves, on three criteria: how strange or funny the behaviour is, how clear the video is, and how well it fits our "case file" format. There is no random draw. We may select no clip in a round.

7. What the selected entrant gets#

There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred.

8. Permission to use your clip#

When we receive your clip, we reply by email and ask you to confirm. We use a clip only after you reply "I confirm". That reply gives us a free-of-charge, non-exclusive, worldwide licence for 3 years to edit the clip (crop, cut, caption, mute or replace its audio) and to publish the clip and the file about your pet on Pet-agon's social media accounts and in paid ads on Meta, TikTok and YouTube. We do not have to credit you. The free file, if your clip is selected, is the only consideration for this licence. The same reply confirms that you are 18 or older, that you filmed the clip, that it shows no people and no readable addresses, and that nobody else holds rights in it.

9. Asking us to stop#

You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to contact@pet-agon.com. We stop new posts and ads using your clip within 14 days. Copies that other people have already shared may remain.

10. If you talk about us#

If you talk about Pet-agon after being selected, say that you received a free file.

11. Your personal data#

How we handle your email and your clip is explained in our Privacy Policy at /privacy, section 3.9, "Pet clips you email to us". Before anything is published, we mute or replace the audio and strip the file's metadata.

12. Disqualification and changes#

We may disqualify entries that break these rules. A change to these rules applies only to rounds that start after the change.
